Byggnadsmiljö i Norr har lång erfarenhet av underhållsplanering av fastigheter och levererar tydliga och träffsäkra underhållsplaner. Nivån och vilka delar som ska vara med i planen bestäms tillsammans med kunden och kan löpa i 5-30 år.

Bedömningen kan omfatta t.ex byggnadsstomme, tak, installationer (elsystem, ventilationsaggregat mm), värmesystem, hissar, trädgårdsanläggningar ect.

Vi har utfört underhålls planering för allt från stora fastighetsbolag, kommuner, landsting till bostadsrättsföreningar och privatbostäder.

Hur går arbetet till?

Att utföra en underhållsplan för en eller flera fastigheter är ett samarbete mellan besiktningsman och
fastighetsägaren och vi försöker ta reda på så mycket som möjligt innan vi gör själva besiktningen.

✔ Insamling av dokumentation. Vi samlar in ritningar och annan dokumentation inför besiktningen.

✔ Intervju. Pratar med fastighetsägare/driftfolk för att få en bild på fastighetens skick och problem.

✔ Besiktning. Vi inventerar byggnad utvändigt, byggnad invändigt, tekniska installationer och mark efter överenskommelse.

✔ Sammanställning av underhållsplan. Insamlat material från besiktning och dokumentation sätts samman i en underhållsplan. Om så önskas går vi igenom planen tillsammans med kunden och hjälper till med att prioritera åtgärder samt konsultation.

✔ Summerande rapport. Efter utförd underhållsplan summeras alla åtgärder i en rapportsammanställning.
